OUR DOUBLE-SIDED LEVER HANDLE! If you are looking for a high-qualilty, heavy-duty keyless, double-sided, combination lock with a built-in lever handles that will completely replace your door knob, then take a look at this one. Features A keypad on both the inside and outside. A built-in, easy-to-operate lever handle on both the inside and outside. ADA compliant when mounted at the proper minimum height off the floor. A passage function so it can also remain in the unlocked position, if you prefer which makes it ideal for an office environment where the door should remain unlocked during business hours, but locked after hours. For added security, you need to know the code to enable or disable the by-pass function.

Latchbolt Sizes

The 1150 Series lock is shipped with either a 2-3/8" and a 2-3/4" latchbolt.

Right or Left Handed Option

This lock works on either right or left handed doors. To determine which one is correct for you, just stand outside of your door and look at your door hinges:

• If your hinges are on the LEFT side, then you should specify the LEFT hand option when you place your order.
• If your hinges are on RIGHT side, then you should specify the RIGHT hand option.

As with all our keyless digital locks, this lock is all mechanical and requires no keys, wires, or batteries to operate so it will function perfectly even in a power outage. This keyless combination spring latchbolt works on doors 1-3/16" to 2" thick either right hand or left hand. If your door is between 2" to 5" please order the 1000 Series Extension Kit.

Locking and Unlocking

Using all our keyless digital locks is quick and easy. This particular lock does not have a thumb turn on the inside -- instead it has a lever handle to open the door.

• To unlock from the inside or the outside, simply type in your secret code on the keypad and push the lever handle down to retract the latchbolt and open the door.

Since this lock has a latchbolt it will automatically lock when the door is closed unless you have enabled the by-pass mechanism.
