2210DC Double-Sided Lock - Deadbolt

GREAT FOR POOLS & GARDEN GATES!

If you are looking for a double-sided lock door that needs a code to open from both sides, then take a look at this one.

It is just like the popular 2210, except that it has a keypad on BOTH sides so you need to know the code to enter or exit.

This lock can be programmed with same or different combinations on either side so it works well for use on play areas, pool gates, garden gates, or fences, in short, any access door that requires a combination to enter AND to exit.

This lock has a deadbolt which you have to manually turn to lock. It can be locked from the inside or outside with the simple turn of the knob. To unlock, simply enter your secret code and turn the knob to retract the deadbolt.

If you want a double-sided lock which will automatically lock each time the door is closed, see the 2230DC, which works the same way.

Key Overrides

A key override is a handy option that lets you lock and unlock these locks using a key OR a combination. This is really great if you have multiple locks with different combinations and you want, say, a maintenance person to be able to open them without knowing the combination.

  • A key override is available on most 2000 series locks and the 210P Panic Bar locks.
  • If you order more than one lock with the key override option, your new locks will automatically be keyed alike, unless you specify otherwise.
  • Locks with key overrides are installed exactly the same way as regular locks. If you lose the keys, just contact us for a replacement.
  • The key override option will be displayed automatically when you place your order for a lock, if it is available on the lock you are ordering.
  • Double-sided locks can only have a key override on ONE side.
  • This popular item is available in most finishes except red and white.
  • Cost is extra and is added at the time you add an item to your cart.

To install, simply remove your existing deadbolt and lock from the top hole of your door and replace it with this lock. Then, in the bottom hole, install a matching lever or knob passage set as featured on our home page.
